Psychocorporeal Accompaniment
Hello,
I am evolving my practice towards more comprehensive and deeper sessions.
Through our encounters, I realized that many people primarily needed a genuine space to slow down, lay down what they carry, and reconnect with their body.
I now offer long sessions blending listening, breathing, presence, and physical accompaniment in a respectful and secure setting.
The intention is to help each person release physical and emotional tensions and find a more peaceful inner space.
I provide psychocorporeal accompaniment around the relationship with the body, emotions, and self-relationship.
I accompany people who are going through:
- significant emotional stress,
- mental or relational fatigue,
- lack of self-confidence,
- difficulty letting go,
- feeling disconnected from their body,
- emotional or physical tensions,
- difficulties in the relationship with themselves and others,
- affective or relational blockages,
- difficulty expressing emotions,
- low personal esteem,
- difficulties feeling fully comfortable in intimacy,
- repetitive relationship patterns,
- communication difficulties in a relationship,
- loss of emotional connection in the relationship,
- difficulties finding a peaceful relationship with their body.
My psychocorporeal approach allows for a space of listening, presence, and reconnection to the body and emotions, in a respectful and secure setting.
